Westview School – Port Elizabeth
At Westview we host an annual Golfday in March to raise funds. We allocate these funds to nominated projects that are in desperate need of funding. We also have an annual workshop sale at the end of the year where our learners manufacture projects in their trade. Check our calendar for the final dates as well as facebook for updates on this event. Our Civvie Days are held to raise funds so that we can contribute towards a dedicated & deserving community and or animal project.
Any donations towards the school are welcome. It is also possible to do workshop specific donations. To make a donation please contact the principal, Mr PC van Rooyen or the deputy principal, Mr TJ. Carlson.
Our Maintenance workshop teachers, Mr. M. Marais and Mr. C. Bezuidenhout helped in making this 16 year old boy, Simamkele Mcanda’s life a little easier. Simamkele has a medical condition with his legs since the age of 4 years. They extended the metal part of his prosthesis and is now able to walk more comfortably. Westview is proud to help out where ever we can 
Here is one of our projects where we gave back to our community by helping Furry Paws Animal Rescue.
